If you were a member but your membership has expired, you need to renew your membership before you can access the members area.
To renew your membership, make sure you are logged in with your old details.
An easy way to check this is to look at the main menu on the top of every page.
If it looks like the image below and the far right item says ‘Log in’… you are not logged in:
If it looks like this and the far right item says ‘Members Menu’… you are logged in as a member:
If it looks like this and the far right item says ‘Renew’… you are logged in but your membership has expired:
Click here to renew
Use your registered email address as your login Username.
If you still can’t login, then please contact our tech support.

VOSA emails are going to your JUNK folder. Depending on what software you use for email you need to check your JUNK/SPAM.
If VOSA emails are going to your JUNK/SPAM:
The hosting servers at the company that you use for email is blocking the emails as JUNK/SPAM.
If VOSA emails are being blocked by your hosting server you will need to contact them and ask for vosa.org to be WHITELISTED
This can be more common with Government email addresses.
You are not on the VOSA mailing list.

When purchasing your membership, on the checkout page, use the payment option:
‘Get Invoice Now- Pay Later’.
Once you checkout, you will be sent to a CHECKOUT CONFIRMATION page with a link to your invoice. The link will also be in your ORDER RECEIVED email for future use.
The invoice is a downloadable, printable PDF.
PAYING YOUR INVOICE BY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD?
Follow the INVOICE LINK in your ORDER RECEIVED email, then use the PAYMENT BUTTON to activate your membership automatically!
